Construcción de un mercado con un CMS y uso de un framework, creación de la base fundamental, composición de componentes reutilizables, creación de storybook, realización de pruebas de extremo a extremo, colaboración con marketing y UX para mejorar la experiencia del usuario y dar forma a un sistema de diseño.

Understanding the Problem and Stakeholder Needs
The first step was to collaborate closely with the UI/UX team, marketing team, and product manager to understand the goals and pain points. The challenge was rebuilding a user-friendly marketplace where we could integrate various flexible travel options. Before this I pitched the idea of establishing a strong design system to ensure consistency across all areas.
Collaborated with UI/UX & Marketing
Worked closely with the UI/UX team to help bridge the gap between design and development by clearly communicating how the design system would be implemented. Created Design brief and used Figma to create a comprehensive design system, which I then presented to management to gain buy-in and set expectations.
